Nancy Tumbarell, Health & Safety Advisor
Health & Safety
Nancy (she/her) earned an MSc in International Relations from the University of Glasgow in Scotland, as well as a B.A. in Global and International Studies from Michigan State University. As an undergraduate, she participated in a remote London-based internship with CEA CAPA. Nancy also studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan, where she co-founded a club centered on women’s health. And while that experience was cut short by global events, it inspired Nancy to help others overcome barriers to studying abroad. Prior to her current role, she coordinated health-focused youth programs and also has experience mentoring and conducting outreach to a diverse set of high school and university students. Nancy enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and building computers.
