WHAT'S ONE STORY OR IMPORTANT ASPECT YOU ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR TIME ABROAD?
The adventures I would go on every day is a given, it's always fun to tell people about all the stuff I did, but besides that I will always talk about how relaxed the people of Australia are. It seems like they are way more "go with the flow" oriented and super dangerous animals are the usual for them; they're so unalarmed by snakes, spiders, jellyfish, you name it.
HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I would engage by talking to as many locals as possible whether it be at restaurants and cafes or just on public transportation. On beaches I would go up and join volleyball games and would just find any way to talk to people in any scenario, I would love to hear their stories.
