HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
II engaged with the local community while abroad by trying to talk with as many locals as possible. I also tried to explore as much of Barcelona as possible. I often would walk around the city which helped me to interact with others and immerse myself into the culture and community of Barcelona.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
My favorite class was International Marketing because as a marketing major, it was interesting to learn about the international perspective of this field while actually being in Spain. I feel that taking this class while I was abroad helped me to gain a deeper understanding of the different global perspectives and strategies of international marketing.
