Lucila Batlle, Regional Administration & Operations Manager
Global Operations
Lucila joined CEA CAPA in 2022, where she currently serves as Regional Admin & Operations Manager. She holds an MA in Education Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. As a former professor at Universidad de Buenos Aires, she taught Introduction to Political Science. She brings more than a decade of professional experience in different operational and administrative roles within the public and hospitality sectors, where she developed strong skills in finance, operations, and process improvement, giving her a unique cross-field perspective. Born and raised in Argentina, she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Lucila is dedicated to leveraging her diverse background and expertise to support students, faculty, and staff in creating a rewarding and enriching experience throughout their journey with CEA CAPA.
