Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad because I wanted to go outside of my comfort zone and explore someplace new. Having the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture while also being able to gain a more rounded knowledge of international business were two of the main reasons I decided to study abroad. I chose to go to Dublin, Ireland because I would love the opportunity to explore my Irish heritage.

Why IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
When I am abroad, I hope to be able to take a step-dancing class! I used to dance when I was younger and even learned a step-dance routine so I would love to be able to relearn some steps to immerse myself further into the culture and experience.

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
I am excited for my "Analyzing and Exploring the Global City: Dublin" course this spring. This course will allow me to explore the city of Dublin from a more academic perspective rather than from a purely social and fun standpoint. I feel that this course will allow me to learn about the rich history of Dublin and the intersection of economics and politics in Ireland. I have only taken history and sociology courses from a US-centric perspective so I am interested to take a course with a new point of view.

WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about? 
I really enjoy taking photos and videos, especially using my film camera. While abroad I hope to be able to take as many film photos as possible!
