WHAT'S ONE STORY OR IMPORTANT ASPECT YOU ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR TIME ABROAD?
I always tell people that we got to snorkel/swim in the Great Barrier Reef, and this was a dream of mine for years. It was the most surreal experience I've ever had, and it opened my eyes to the great big blue world we have below us!
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
I completed a winter study abroad program, so we only had one class. It was an upper level Health & Wellness class. Those few weeks abroad allowed me to center myself and really focus on self-care. I learned so much more about myself just through having unique experiences and talking about them as a class.
