Custom Programs

Kellie has worked in education abroad for over 25 years, successfully leading teams in Institutional Relations and Custom Learning. She is passionate about tailoring curricula and courses to meet the unique academic needs of institutions, ensuring a transformational education experience for students. She comes to CEA CAPA from the Roux Institute at Northeastern University where she and her team developed customized workforce learning experiences in essential areas like AI, data analytics, and project management. From 2006-2018 she worked at the study abroad provider CIEE, where she successfully launched and directed the Faculty-Led and Custom Programs department.

Kellie’s global perspective was shaped early in her career when she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, West Africa and an English teacher in Amakusa, Japan with the JET Program. While earning her BA in English Literature at the College of the Holy Cross, she spent her junior year abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Outside of professional pursuits, Kellie is an avid world traveler and when home in Maine she enjoys taking her dog on outdoor adventures, trying to beat her Goodreads Reading Challenge, and attending live music events.
