Katie Lander, Director of Global Career & Internship Programs
CIP Leadership
Katie Lander, based in the UK, is responsible for providing support, training and development for CEA CAPA staff that run our Career and Internship Programs across our global locations. Whilst ensuring from a global perspective, we have student policies, program frameworks and processes in place at a global level that allow our programs to function with parity across the organisation, while allowing students to benefit from localisation in their courses and on-site support. Katie is also the lead for developing and hosting initiatives to ensure colleagues have spaces that support them as a community of best practice.
Katie has had the pleasure of working across the higher education sector within the UK for 12 years, covering careers and employability for UK students and internships for international students as part of both graduate employability and study abroad. In her spare time, you will find her reading a good (or bad!) book, going to theatre shows, hiking in the Chilterns, or surfing in North Cornwall!
