Katie Cohen is the Senior Director of Strategic Global Programs at CEA CAPA, where she leverages her extensive operational experience in study abroad to advance the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation in global education. With over fifteen years of experience leading programs in the UK and Ireland, Katie is now taking her expertise to a global stage as part of CEA CAPA's development and innovation team. In her role, she drives best practices and standards in program delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the success of new and strategic programs and partnerships across CEA CAPA's global portfolio. Additionally, Katie serves as the organization's subject matter expert on First Year Experience programming.
