Jorge is a Senior Coordinator, Program and Student Services at CEA CAPA Granada. Jorge holds a B.A. in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada, a master’s degree in Foreign Trade and Quality Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, and two post-graduate degrees: on Immigration Laws from the University of Granada, and on Quality Management from the UNED. He is fluent in both English and French and studied abroad for one academic year in Tours (France).
Prior to joining CEA CAPA, Jorge worked as a freelance sworn translator and interpreter for three years and at the Universidad de Granada, CEA CAPA’s students host institution, for 3.5 years. Jorge’s travels have taken him around the world to more than 40 countries and he advises study abroad students to “make every effort to get immersed into the Spanish culture and way of life. Meet locals and talk to them as much as you can. You will learn from them much more than from any book.”
