Caterina Marino, Center Director, Rome
Rome, Italy
Caterina is a qualified Counselor with an integrated approach and a Consultant for Communication in Transactional Analysis. She also has a strong legal background. This combination has enhanced her ability to apply both cognitive and emotional analysis in human potential development.
Since joining CEA Roma in 2010, Caterina has held various roles in Student Affairs, progressively taking on more responsibility. She has supported students throughout their study abroad experience and has gained expertise in managing a wide range of situations. Her work has expanded to include Custom Programs, and as a Center Director, she focuses on operational efficiency and effectiveness across multiple administrative areas.
A native of Rome, Caterina is passionate about Italian culture, the arts, and anthropology. She has traveled extensively, visiting Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, with Serengeti Park in Tanzania being one of her favorite places.
Caterina believes that studying abroad is a life-changing opportunity with the potential to transform students’ futures. Her work is driven by a commitment to excellence, integrity, global awareness, social justice, and care for others.
