WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
I really liked my "Analyzing London as a Global City" class with Jed. Once a week we would walk around one part of London, and it is astonishing to see how the areas of London are so different from one another. It was also nice just to get the exercise in, although there were some times I thought we did too much walking. Also the teacher, Jed, was just a super funny guy and a joy to be around. He sometimes brought his dog to walk with us as well.

HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
London feels a lot like America in terms of local community and how people behave with one another. I remember going in to pubs and coffee shops and being treated just like everyone else. I suppose the best way to describe my engagement is that I engaged as a basic human being. It didn't feel like I was a foreigner, especially later into my trip.
