Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad because I've loved traveling since I was young. I traveled to Ireland once before and I absolutely fell in love with the quiet rural towns and beautiful greenery. I chose to study abroad in Dublin for a few reasons. I have family who lives in Dublin who I don't get to see very often and I thought this would be a great way to connect with them. I also grew up listening to Irish music on the radio and I'd love to discover Irish artists, new and old.

WhAT IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
I hope to meet other students traveling abroad and connect with local people to learn about living in Ireland. Meeting people and learning their stories is a valuable way to connect to people who you wouldn't normally get the chance to interact with.

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
I'm looking forward to my class about Irish Literature and Film. Learning about how other cultures think about and create media will be something I can translate into my own hobbies.

WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about? 
I'm super passionate about singing, music, and other forms of media like films and photography. I am in a rock band in college and I've been singing my whole life. I love to create and watch movies. Film photography is a new passion of mine, so I am hoping to take lots of pictures.
