WHAT'S ONE STORY OR IMPORTANT ASPECT YOU ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR TIME ABROAD?
I always like talking about how passionate the CEA CAPA team is when it comes to excursions and events. The staff pours their hearts into each trip and shares information about the places we visit, enriching us with cultural background to compliment the visits themselves. In addition, there was always a lunch or dinner plan during our excursions and the food was always unique. I spent every meal with CEA CAPA trying something new and totally unique to the area that we were in, which I think is very special.

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
I really loved studying modern physics as an engineer because it is very akin to what I want to study in the future, which is aerospace engineering. There are a lot of cool concepts that tie into systems beyond the microscopic level, and I was always so infatuated with the content because it was so different than what I am used to when it comes to physics, which in the past would concern real world objects. I also loved the labs that we completed because the experiments were very conceptual and interesting, and there was a lot of exposure to understanding the reasoning behind the experiments, as opposed to robotically following the procedure without a conceptual background.
