DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I engaged with the local community by visiting local events and businesses. There were weekly flea markets that were super fun to go to with friends. The local restaurants were amazing for a night out to eat with my roommates every once in a while, and the smaller gelato stores were delicious and a great way to practice the language.

I really enjoyed my French History course. It was a more laid-back class with lecture topics that varied from history to politics to art. It was a fun course and a great way to learn about the country I was living in.
