It's been two weeks since this amazing excursion to Morocco and I'm still reeling. How many people get to say they visited Morocco for a weekend to ride camels, drink tea, tried new food, talked with Moroccan students, bartered with shop owners, and walked through a blue city in the mountains?
After a bus ride, a ferry ride, and yet another bus ride - we made it to Morocco. Realistically, Seville isn't all too far from North Africa and the journey passed by pretty quickly (the anticipation surely helps). During our stay, we visited cities such as Tetuán and its Medina (city center/market), Tangier, and Chefchaouen. I have to say, Chefchaouen was probably my favorite because the whole city is painted my favorite color and there are cats everywhere.
