Excursion to Manuel Antonio Beach

The first CEA excursion in Costa Rica was a great opener trip for students and staff. Students were given the opportunity to travel to a beach destination to enjoy the weekend soaking up the sun, snorkeling, and also had the option to visit a nearby national park. The excursion included a trip to an area called Bahia Ballena, where students were able able to observe underwater life. Later, there was free time to go to the beach and to also visit Manuel Antonio National Park, where I was able to walk among a monkeys and see a few sloths. Also on the trip was Ashley Kamps, another CEA student, and she shares of her experiences on this exciting first trip.
