CEA CAPA Internships Abroad is continuously broadening our internship opportunities around the world and takes care to align each internship with an intern’s experience and area of interest.

Please note some internship abroad placements may need candidates to have completed upper-level courses in the respective area, possess specific set of skills, and/or be capable of demonstrating knowledge. Here is a sample of what human resources global internships abroad can entail.

Position Description

Explore areas like talent management, compliance, and workplace culture, where HR professionals excel in fostering inclusivity and strategic growth. 1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with job applicants.
2. Employee Onboarding: Contribute to employee onboarding processes, including paperwork completion, orientation assistance, and facilitating introductions to the team.
3. HR Documentation: Manage and organize HR documentation, such as employee records, benefits paperwork, and other personnel-related files.
4. Employee Relations Assistance: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries, resolving basic HR issues, and maintaining positive employee relations.
5. Training and Development Support: Assist in organizing training programs, scheduling sessions, and maintaining training records to contribute to employee development.
